We had to call the number pasted on the door, only to be answered by a sleepy man who can't speak English and we waited in the cold - 4 degrees Celsius - for 15 mins before they come and answer the door. Brought us to the room, the heater wasn't working - just awesome~ and the toilet was dirty, the shower head and shampoo bottles were all...
