Its a good location to go in walks from, I saw lots of the famous terraced fields. "COLD. The windows and doors were open all the time. It was always cold throughout the building. No working restaurant. Elevator does not go to all floors. Staff was friendly. Outlets were an issue. Door had several large cracks. We had hot water. Bathroom vented to another room. It would be very easy to film or watch someone from there. The spa smelled dank and was unclean. It was staffed by people who arrived from other facilities. Their skills were untrained. Laundry service was fast and convenient. The sink drained straight to the floor. We reattached it and they were unconcerned about the leaking. "
