"This 'hotel' was crazily good - like too good to be true good.
Our host was exceptional, offering us welcome drinks to take back to our room and personally showing us to our room and around the amenities.
The hotel is a bit of an odd one (but in a good way) as it is located in a private, secure wing of 8 rooms in an apartment block. We had a double room with a balcony overlooking the main room and it was fantastic. Clean, tidy, well maintained with a large bathroom (there is a shower head for...

"I am going to be as objective as possible:
1. Property notified us that check in was at 3:00. This means that there is NO ONE there until 3:00. We could not get in to use a luggage room, etc. We went next door and waited with our bags for 6 hours (Moyo, the restaurant owned by the same person, is very good).
2. I wrote to ask what bus station was closest to the hotel - never got a response.
3. No elevator. Not that atypical in Europe but it would be nice to know when you have a lot of...
