"I didn't get what I expected in booking a deluxe king room. The air condition didn't work, the TV didn't work, cupboards were broken, there was no mini bar stock in the fridge, no tea/coffee supplies, only the kettle. We were moved to a standard room and still the air con didn't work. The towels were not replenish the whole time we were there."

"Fantastic stay. very nice beach.....swim, snorkel right from hotel. The good: Location - I would rather stay at Vakaloa (30+ minutes from Nuku'alofa than the other way around.
