"What a journey! Arrived and received the keys around 2pm. Went to our room for a nap when someone walks in with a dog and said this was his room. We receive a call from front desk asking who we are. We get up and pull back covers only to find blood on the sheets then go to check in desk. We were supposed to be on the third floor but was checked in on 2nd floor. For our inconvenience we were given two free dinners at their location. We proceeded to our new room and we arrive the key didn't work....

"This place needs a complete overhaul. Worst accommodations I’ve ever stayed in. I had to keep my shoes on in the room because our socks were black for how dirty it was. The bathroom was falling apart. The drain in the sink was clogged. The shower was decrepit. There was a 2inch gap from the floor to where our exterior door started, we had to stuff a towel under it so nothing would come inside the room. Just absolutely terrible. "I had a pleasant stay at this property. The hotel served as a base camp while my friends and I attended a local festival in the area. The staff I interacted with were all incredibly helpful and would go above and beyond to help us and answer any inquiry that came up. The only negative I have about my stay was that parking is charged by the day and not a free service for guests.
