"This was undoubtedly one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. When we got there, we found out the pool and spa were inoperative due to a failed pump. Well, these things happen. "Great stop! We will definitely stay again on our next trip. Very clean, pet friendly, nice kitchenette, and great bed and pillows. I hate the tiny pillows hotels have switched to, and these were normal size. Comfy and pretty quiet."

"There should have been a notice that the property was being renovated when booking. I would have chosen another hotel. Property under renovation, elevator out of order along with all vending machines. Walking up and down to the third floor two flights of stairs got old. The day I arrived there were no room keys. The office staff had to open initially and reopen rooms for guests that left their rooms. Very inconvenient."
