"The hotel is just too old and too small. Even for the low price. The staffs are not friendly even though try to be helpful. But the location is very convenient minutes away frm central station."

"I was very disappointed with this property.
The safe in my room was broken, the bar wasn’t active and clearly hadn’t been used for quite a long time and the photographs in the advertisement were clearly very out of date.
The property has very clearly grossly misrepresented itself.."

"Wonderful stay at this hotel. We booked the Panoramic Suite with Balcony and City View - and it lived up to all of our expectations. Location is perfect near the Spanish Steps, although plan for walking up and down steps. We enjoyed the breakfast location and selection at the hotel. Check in/out process was easy, with the ability to store bags. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again."

"Breakfast was great and fresh
no need for ac not hot enough but it was present
Clean room very homey and had a balcony so airy
Kudos to Monica she was always so pleasant and smiling offered breakfast to go when we were leaving early to sightsee
Roberto at checking in was always so helpful and smiling with the map and metro information
Miranda evening desk was friendly and helpful
The young man that cleaned our room did a great job
I know l was on vacation but l felt very welcomed by this...
