not registered online booking with your hotels.com. thus the booking offers was not accepted by the hotel palau for my 7 days stayed.. I ended up paying the complete full rates of 11,850pesos. This should not be happening. The refunds exercise should be implemented to customer like me..."

"Das Resort ist sehr schön und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr interessant sind auch immer die Gespräche mit dem deutschen Eigentümer gewesen.
Wer einen weißen Sandstrand erwartet, ist hier leider fehl am Platze, auch wenn der Ausblick aufs Meer hier immer sehr schön war.
Die Verpflegung ist gut, allerdings etwas teurer als es auf den Philippinen üblich ist. Die Küche stellt um 20:00 Uhr den Betrieb ein und die Bar ist bis 21:00 Uhr geöffnet.
Überrascht waren wir von dem recht...
