"What I didn’t like was when we checked in, the front desk was very rude and made me wait over an hour for my room to be ready.
Then the only option for parking was valet or paying parking in a general garage for the same price as valet.
Staff are rude, showers did not drain properly and the cleaning staff for the rooms are not through. Came back and found trash still in the trash cans and no new towels when they supposedly cleaned."

"The hotel sent a shuttle to the airport to pick us up and drop us off at the end of our stay. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Popcorn and soda were provided in the evenings for a snack. The breakfast and supper buffets were tasty and satisfying. Would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"I wanted to love this hotel so much more than I did. I think everyone will agree that the elevator situation was beyond intolerable.....slowest elevators EVER and that was when they worked. They were inoperable for most of the week we stayed. We did not request clean towels every day as we do try to be conscious of the environment. But the 2 times we did, we never received more than one washcloth. One upon arrival and one the rest of the week....had to request more every time. The room was...
