"The room was very clean, beds were soft and comfortable. The only issues we had was the key cards that were given to us did not work after the second time we had to get a 3rd set. The pool was dirty and the a.c in the lobby was not working which was hot, but did not affect our room. Everything else was good."

"So every odd floor has a working ice machine, not every floor… my room 1214 was okay for the rate I paid for. The bathroom door on the interior bottom looked like it had some scratches since this a pet friendly hotel could be someone animal was bitting away at the door. "Enjoyed many aspects of our stay. Rooms were clean, amenities were great, staff was helpful.
Our only complaint was they put us in a connecting room and we could hear the neighbor and they could hear us. We were kept awake by the tv and them talking through the closed door.
Worried about safety also being in a connected room."
