"The location is great and easy access to other places as well. The shopping mall is right beside the hotel. The breakfast spread is great and the food is delicious. Only thing is the TV in the room. No channels to watch. We only managed to find YouTube which is at very slow rate. We watched until we fall asleep because the channels keep pausing. Anyway we only stayed one night but the experience is still good. Will consider to come stay again next time. It’s a wheelchair friendly hotel. Good. "

"The room is spacious, we got the family room, during the stay there were few times power failure but restore quite fast, initially we got room 719, there was no power, then we asked for another room the front desk immediately gave us the replacement. Transport maybe a issues at times "

"Overall the quality was great and location is good. Only thing was we booked double room but we requested to have twin instead. There’s twin bedding available but the reception refuse to change for us."

"Towels are brownish in colour, so don't dare to use them. Wifi connection is unstable and keep dropping. I put the tag on the door to request to make up my room, but nobody came to do that. When I asked for the 2 complimentary bottles of water, the reception said they ran out of it and will give me 4 bottles tomorrow which doesn't help as I'm checking out the next day. The AC is just outside the window and you’ll hear the noise throughout the night. The only good thing is the location, really...

"I hv been staying here in my last few visits, the staff is extremely hospitable and friendly. They upgraded my room because Inam a frequent customer which is much appreciated. AC is cold enough and the only feedback for management is consider sound proofing windows for the outside facing rooms. "
