"06/28 My family and I stayed at this location. According to my reservation check in started at 3PM, we arrived at 5 PM and we were told that our room wasn’t ready. That the cleaning staff was behind. I asked if there were any comparable available and was told no. Staff on site said they would call when it was ready, and hour and a half later no call. "Checked in Friday night 6/19. Room was very nice. We put our cooler stuff in the fridge. Saturday morning my wife made a cup of coffee in the kitchenette.
