"The staff was not polite and also we given a handicap room and when I went to shower water went all over the floor because I didn’t realize that the shower was for a wheelchair the maintenance guy came to the room and was very rude so they sent I think was the manager and she said to call her when we get dressed so they can get the water up the service desk person. Act like she did not want to be there no smile are a pleasant welcome"

"We arrived at 430pm and room was not ready. Left and came back room still not ready. We finally got checked in at 700pm on a Saturday. Room was fairly clean. Mini fridge good. No microwave just fyi rooms don't come with one. 2 elevators very slow. Air conditioner in room was loud at times like a helicopter. Room we got was right by the elevator and ice machine loud all the time. Water pressure in shower was weak sometimes and would turn cold then back hot. Bed was ok kinda firm. Breakfast was ok...

"The pool was under construction and there were no lounge chairs on the beach. Since it's a vacation club, they try to get you to go to a timeshare presentation when you check in. Balconies with views of the ocean and beach front access."
