"My family booked 2 rooms for our stay 6/19 to 6/21st. It was during the time of World Cup Soccer matches, June Teenth Celebrations and the Philadelphia Phillies baseball games. Also the 250th celebration of the USA was soon approaching. The city was alive with energy! Our stay at the Wyndham Suites in the historic district was perfect! We could walk to all the historic sites and many restaurants in local areas. The Wyndham Suites was the perfect place to stay. I would return and stay at this...

"This is easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. There was a massive leak in my shower that flooded/dripped all night, making it impossible to sleep.
If you care about the environment, avoid this place—the sheer amount of water wasted due to their lack of maintenance was deeply upsetting.
I reported this issue multiple times at the front desk andabsolutely no one helped me"

"Checking in was a bad experience it took them forever, I understand it was bad timing with the world cup but the front desk lady was mean and arguing with clients which is bad remember the Client is always right if you want good business.
I called front desk to secure shuttle for the airport after they told me yes they have one going every 30 mins when I get to the lobby the guy told me that he is sorry the van is not running, I was able to make it to the airport but be respectful of people...

"STAY AWAY!! When we checked into this hotel at 12:20 AM and entered our room, there was coffee cup trash on the floor at the side of the bed. We went downstairs to get a room change and when checking into that room, the shower in the bathroom was dirty and has not been cleaned. We went back down to the front desk and they had us check out a third room which still was not great, but it was so late and after making phone calls to try to switch hotels, there wasnt any availability at any local...

"Our stay was very nice. The staff was great. The only issue was that the shower leaked out to the bathroom floor and then to the entryway because the door for the shower was not secured to prevent leaks when closed. That didn’t deter the nice time we had."
