"The room and grounds appear clean. The room is pet friendly and upon entering the room there was dog poop under one of the beds. The cracks of the couch and chair had food crumbs and that tells me they aren’t very extensive with the cleaning. Although it had a “full sized” kitchen, the stove wan not functional and there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. "Upon getting to our room I noticed my room wasn’t that clean, I just went with it from waiting. Then the noise from them renovating kept us up so we just got showered and dressed for the affair we were attending early and we left . The elevator took 11 minutes to get to the 12th floor. Then upon leaving for the end of our trip it was a 20 minute wait for the elevator. We couldn’t walk down we had too many bags. Just a horrible experience"

"The room felt damn even though the AC was working fine. Walking barefoot on the carpet felt gross and damp. The lobby was humid and AC clearly didn't work well. There were portable units all over the place. Lobby furniture was tattered. It took way too long to check in for no good reason. The tap to pay wasn't working at the front desk. Hotel was depressing."
