"Staff thought it was funny to play circus music after 10pm on repeat to find a missing luggage cart. They laughed in my face when I asked what the loud music was. They all made it clear they are only there to collect a paycheck. Doing their jobs looked extra."

"Our stay was on April 30th. The hotel has a good clean vibe for the most part. Recent renovations in our room had left some unfinished trim but the room itself was very clean. The staff was very helpful and polite. Our server in the dining room was very delightful. I do not remember her name but I did overhear her saying that she normally works breakfast.
