We were on the fifth floor and the hotel was very busy for Labor Day weekend so we ended up using the stairs a lot. It seems to me that there should be a service elevator as well as two guest elevators."

"We went to the Louisville Bats game and enjoyed Whisky Row before and after. Great location. We got late night food at the bistro and it was spot on! The one drawback was parking is not included with your room and is $30 extra. Also, don't give up your room key before getting out of the parking garage or you have to call the hotel and wait to be let out. Otherwise, nice place to stay for KFC Yum center shows, the stadiums, or Whisky Row."
