"There was nobody at the front desk for about 2 hours when I was trying to check in….long and behold the front desk associate was outside in his pick up vehicle, which was running & parked in the very front entrance of the building…
As I came out only to calm my nerves after sitting in an empty lobby for literally two hours. A gentleman hopped out of the vehicle, stinking like he just smoked not 2 but 20 cigarettes and even worse the STENCH OF WEED…sure enough that was the front desk associate....

"The hotel is very clean, in fact to the extreme. All I could smell were strong cleaning chemicals in the lobby and in the room. It caused an asthmatic reaction in me and headaches in my companion. I covered the pillows with my own pillow cases that I always bring, but the smell all over was unbearable to my lungs. Chemicals used in the cleaning/laundry are very harsh. I could not stay here again. The Roku also wasn’t working correctly, but that wasn’t worth contacting the front desk. Breakfast...

"Property deserves zero stars. Had an awful experience. Booked through Expedia but when arrived at the hotel somebody named John could not find my booking. After several minutes of trying , he phones his boss who was able to find my booking. Once I was given the room, it was several buildings down despite the entire hotel being empty. The toilet flush was not working. The wash basin was stained. The room was probably last updated in 1950s. There was no chain lock on the door.

"My room # 219 had torn rugs, damaged furniture and the entryway door was stuck closed while using the keycard forcing me to kick the door open. The hallway rugs were filthy they needed to be shampooed cleaned. The motel is currently undergoing renovations the lobby had stacks of new mattresses and bed frames. The continental breakfast was adequate coffee, bagels, cream cheese, fruits bananas, apples and oranges, one type of yogurt."
