"Convenience and location is excellent, such a shame that the beautiful view that once was is no longer due to the construction work. Rooms could do with an upgrade though, tired and a bit run down especially in the bathroom in particular the tiling."

"Breakfast staff was unfriendly and try to charge us full rate for breakfast per person. Upon checkin for our booking we were advised, if breakfast was pre-booked the night before. The per person rate would be discounted. The staff at breakfast started clearing plates whilst we were eating. He was very unfriendly and unprofessional. Then chef had serving of breakfast and sat where guest were whilst guest were still coming in for breakfast.

"We stayed overnight during a layover. The hotel is located close to the airport but you will need the hotel shuttle or an Uber/Taxi to get there. The shuttle was only every 40 mins and was $12 per person each way. We were a party of three so Uber was more convenient and cheaper for our needs. We arrived late on a Friday (about 10 PM) and we weren’t able to get hot food in the hotel restaurant even though it said certain items were available 24/7.
