"The hotel consists of one or two bedroom apartments in central Jakarta. The apartment was serviced daily and the staff very friendly. However there was no cooking utensils at all, just 2 glasses,2 plates, and bowls , and 2 sets of fork and spoons. There is no dishwashing liquid or tea towels. Quite ridiculous seeing as there is a full gas hot plate The towels and sheets were great but a bit of mould in the shower. Fully air conditioned and a balcony too. It just needs a bit of maintenance but...

"Nice hotel. Spacious room. Hotel in great area for easy walking to shops and restaurants. Music in rooftop bar was a bit overwhelming but view was great. Would definitely recommend this place."

"First arrived and had requested a non smoking room. I paid a premium price for two nights. Got to the room and it reeked of smoke. Staff changed the room to a family room with three beds. No problem there really, but what was the problem is sewer gas was coming out of the bathroom floor drain. No matter how much water I put down the drain the sewer gas still came up and filled the bathroom and the room. It was miserable. Told staff but hotel was booked solid. Had to live with is. ...

"The the air condition was working properly. I complained and I was told it’s regulates it self and there was nothing they could do about it. I was hot most of the nights. Great location, beautiful staff and amazing massage staff. Aside from the air conditioning 10/10. "

"I liked staff people. On the first night a man who took the same elevator stalked me and call me on the room phone like so many times and told me he wanted to go to my room and talk with me, so I was really scared and asked for a help to the front desk. They listened to me very politely and changed my room. As a whole I liked this hotel, but just one point, I found some stains on the bed sheet, and I didn’t like it."
