"Hotel was ok. Door locks don’t lock properly. Hot tubs were not filled or in use during our stay as advertised. Hotel staff were friendly. They helped store our luggage while we were out on last day. "

"Wrong address pinned on Hotels.com. Though it says 24hr frontdesk service available, we arrived at the lobby at 4am, door was lock, the lights were off. We had to call the number pasted on the door, only to be answered by a sleepy man who can't speak English and we waited in the cold - 4 degrees Celsius - for 15 mins before they come and answer the door. Brought us to the room, the heater wasn't working - just awesome~ and the toilet was dirty, the shower head and shampoo bottles were all...

"長距離バス停からすぐ。市場もナイトマーケットもすぐ。湖にも近くて立地は最高。アメニティは固形石鹸、シャンプー、ハンドソープ、歯ブラシ。気になる人は自分で持っていった方がいいレベル。レセプションは常に留守。でもこの値段でそこそこの清潔さで十分。ナイトバスの為に延泊しとても快適でした。ナイトバスで来ると、2時まではチェックイン出来ないので前泊もすればなお快適、1人旅にはとても良い。"
