"Great hotel with an excellent location in downtown Budapest, walking distance to historical landmarks and the Danube River. Great selection of breakfast included. Great staff, no noise coming from outside the hotel to the rooms, and very comfortable beds."

"Unica nota positiva: la posizione, davvero comoda. Per il resto, esperienza deludente. La camera è praticamente invivibile per via dei rumori provenienti dal pub sottostante: musica e schiamazzi fino a tarda notte rendono impossibile dormire. Non è accettabile per una struttura ricettiva. Servizi carenti: asciugamani insufficienti (solo telo doccia) e bagno poco funzionale, con un lavabo minuscolo e scomodo. Nel complesso, non lo consiglio a chi cerca anche solo un minimo di comfort e riposo....

"We arrived late. This is in a very busy area of Pest and so it all looked rather dirty and creepy at night. At check in we were asked to give email address. Expedia does not show my email address and I haven’t needed to give it before. The night lady said to send me a receipt. I showed her my receipt. She got angry, stood, got our keys, threw them on the lower desk in front of us. She took us to a room off of the office to the street side of the building. We watched three other parties get taken...

The cleanliness was exceptional, the staff were genuinely helpful and friendly, and the food quality was surprisingly good. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it by an extra night.
