"The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. However, the noise insulation is poor and our sleep was disturbed every night by shouting, screaming, cars racing and honking their horns, deliveries, snowplough tractor, etc. right outside our 2nd floor window."

"Quiet room with very comfortable bed. Room temperature adjustable. Slightly unusual curved design of shower door didn't really keep water away from the rest of the bathroom floor - though not really a problem. Good breakfast, with a wide choice of food & drink in a relaxed setting. Friendly staff. Area around the hotel is nice, and only a 15 minute walk to Hornstull underground station. I would be happy to stay at the Zinkensdamm again. "

"We had a spacious room with a small balcony. ( too cold to sit outside when we stayed) Room is very clean and comfortable with a fridge and dishwasher, bathroom looked newly renovated. The bed was a very comfy double bed but one side of the bed is fitted to the wall, it makes it very awkward for the person sleeping on that side getting in & out of the bed, especially if you are not so mobile or knee problems.
