It is not big, but efficient, pleasant and clean with nice little perks like salt and pepper in the kitchen. There were several staff members that went above and beyond. Unfortunately, when I complained about the $100 pet fee for one night, which seems extremely high, the manager told me that they can charge as much as $200 legally (so I should feel good about it?) and because I booked it on a third...

"It's similar to a b&b but separate entrances for each room. Loved the breakfast delivered to your door. They also have ev charger. Everything you want to see in boothbay a 3 minute walk. I've been to b&bs where the hosts are overbearing and way too proud of themselves. We were left alone which i prefer. They were super helpful, but only when asked. Highly recommend. Views of harbor were nice but had to go to communal area. I don't think they have individual balconies but i could be wrong....

"Perfect location for hanging out in Boothbay for a couple of days. Step out the front door and you are a few houses from all the shops. Easy to get on a tour boat and restaurants were great!!! Breakfast like all of the other reviews was amazing and worth the stay. Quiet and relaxing! "
