"We stayed at this hotel for a night. We picked this hotel mainly for its proximity to the train station. "

"The staff were attentive, polite and prompt; however, the management in charge of the restaurant did not anticipate that on king's day there would be a lot more people having dinner and meals, therefore, there was a shortage of staff and there was quite a long wait for meals to be served. "

"My only suggestion would be to ask for a room above ground. The lower (basement rooms) are very cold in the spring. Otherwise, this was a fantastic experience. The rooms are spacious and well thought out. Toilet and shower are separate, shower room has heated floors. "

"We were surprised at how large the room was for being a city hotel. A nice wardrobe with shelves worked well for 3 ladies with too much stuff. Tram stop outside the door. A 5-7 minute walk from central station. Our room had a small sink and hot plate which we never used. Many dining and shopping options very close by. We paid for the buffet breakfast and we were pleased with the options. Our last morning we had to catch a train and the staff made us up takeaway breakfast. "

"The room was nice and clean. Got a room with a tub which is rare these days. A soak was nice after a day of walking and bike riding. Could have used a little more light in the room, it seemed a little dark. It was close to the city center and close to the Metro."

"We stayed here another night and checking back in was easy, the breakfast is very good and lots of variety, with fresh homemade bread. On weekends the area around the mall where the hotel is located is very busy and very noisy."

"Great location and clean. Very small and no way to walk around the bed. So one person had to climb over the other person to get to restroom. Staff very friendly. Safe - as you had to have jet card to get into the door. Probably would not stay here again, as there are a lot of other options in this area and the room was tiny. "
