"James, the host, is incredibly kind and friendly. He helped me a great deal during my trip. I enjoyed free tea and coffee provided by him. He dropped me off at the east gate, purchased scenic tickets for me, and planned out my whole itinerary. Thanks to him, my trip to Zhangjiajie was extremely relaxing. We also got fantastic weather during our stay, which made the whole experience wonderful. I had an amazing time here!"

"This is a brand new hotel. It is only very small details that makes this not be a full 4-star hotel (sufficient towels, toilet paper and so on). But the hotel and the staff is world class. I can only recommend everybody to stay here. The views from the corner family room is amazing."
