"The person who assisted me during check-in really needs more customer service training. The way I was treated was extremely unpleasant and did not make me feel welcome at all. They should let guests know in advance that the hotel is under construction because we wanted to use the pool and had no idea it wasn’t available. "The parking was well lit, though I was a little concerned about being able to get in the back doors of the building at all hours of the night without using my key (which the sign said i'd need).
