"This is a wonderful hotel. We stay here when flying into and out of LAX. It is always a quick check in and check out. Room is consistently clean and ready for us. Food is excellent. We have stayed in much more expensive hotels and the food did not compare to this Hyatt. Also Shuttle service excellent and staff is always nice and informed."

"Stayed in the Cabana Room for 5 nights, was a nice room for 2 people. However, received a text during our stay that the Historic Lobby of the hotel would be closed for two days due to a filming event, so we never really got to see the hotel outside of our room and explore what it had to offer (historic lobby, spare room, etc.). On our last day the lobby was open so we walked in and got told by security they were “watching us on the cameras wander around”, questioning if we were guests and that...

"At check in, the desk clerk told us about the adults only pool. There are 2 pools onsite. We checked it out, and found it full of kids. The hot tub was also FULL of kids. We asked about this at check out and was told there’s no adults only pool. Room was clean. Hotel restaurant was very nice and food was good. We were told to make a reservation, then arrived to find only a few other people there. No need for the reservation. It’s a nice hotel, very close to the airport. We would stay there...
