"Took around 40mins for checking in. Been travelling around the world for almost 15yrs and the check in process in this hotel is the worst one. Main problem:
- only 2 staffs available to addressed long line of people.
- it took 30 mins before other staff supports the check in process "

"The staff, especially security and front desk, were extremely helpful and go above and beyond - I felt well taken care of. Breakfast was great during my 2 week stay, Dinner was always delicious. Pro tip - I think it’s sometimes customary to raise your hand when awaiting service at dinner.
The room was always clean and the person who cleaned it was careful and respectful of my belongings despite my pile of clothes I slung off after a day out. I’d recommend this hotel for the area. "
