Excelsior Hotel in Las Piñas gave us a clean and comfortable place to stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The room had everything we needed and was kept tidy. Its location made it easy to get around and find food nearby. We were satisfied with our stay and would recommend it to others.

Superior location with five star quality for a family visit in the Las Pinas area. Our two bedroom suite was beautiful and enormous, allowing us to accommodate the many visitors that visited each day. The restaurant serves good Filipino food. Nearby are numerous fast food places, with shopping and high end restaurants in walking distance at Southmall. The location makes it easy for family throughout Metro Manila to visit us, and the staff was always polite and accommodating to our many visitors. The Excelsior is our hotel of choice for visiting our relatives in the Manila area.

Staff was EXCELLENT! A pleasure to work with! The hotel is very nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The loction is nice, there are little stores and markets within walking distance and we felt safe here.

The room was spacious and well appointed with nice amenities. The breakfast buffet was top notch. Loved the local Filipino food they offered. Also really appreciated their attentiveness to allergens and providing safe dishes for my son. The chef came out everyday to discuss options with my son. The area around the hotel was very busy, but we always felt safe on thr property.

The staff were MARVELLOUS. BUT how the hotel is managed is a joke. Facility management is non existent. We didn’t get any sleep as there was loud constant humming sound. We were told it’s the water pipe system and there was nothing they could do

Good location, clean, limited breakfast choices

The hotel has a convenient location near a shopping center with food options and a supermarket. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the breakfast had very limited choices. A good stay if you prioritize location and cleanliness over breakfast.

I was very pleased with this hotel. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The food was good. The pool was nice and clean . The fitness center was good however towels and water were not provided. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We were in the area visiting family and stayed for 6 days in a two bedroom suite. The suite was elegant and very spacious so we could entertain our many relatives who came over to visit. The hotel staff was polite and responsive whenever we needed anything from help with the TV set to arranging a dinner for about 40 members of our family in the dining room. Our travelling party was delighted by our experience with this hotel, and will stay again the next time we come to visit family in the area.

I recommend the Chef & his staff, whom he takes pride of providing good for the guests. I was really impress of the breakfast buffet (though not a lot of options) but still better to some of the hotels we’ve stay so far in Las Pinas. Also the 2 receptionists that took care of our check out process. They are both friendly and made our check out easy.

A pleasant surprise!

I have read ads about Excelsior a while back but I felt it was too expensive considering its location. This time their price was reduced to a reasonable price so I booked. Other than the fact than parking is separated and there is no walkway to the hotel, all were excellent from well appointed rooms and beddings and very courteous staff.

Excellent Stay at The Excelsior.

Friendly staff, especially the Asst. Gen Mgr. I even had a late check out as my flight was in the evening. Rooms were very spacious. Walking distance to a mall.
