"The hotel exceeded all expectations! Everything was at the highest level — the service, cleanliness, atmosphere, and attention to detail. "This place is superb. This is our third stay here in the past 7 months. All of the staff are great. Jake at the front desk is top notch, Lily and Mirabel at the restaurant are superb. Incredible service here. We will be back soon. It really is a wonderful place to stay."

"IDEAL LOCATION! Steps to CRYPTO> Arena, Grammy Museum. Nice upgrade to junior suite...spacious, comfortable. Appearance: very nice. Bed: comfortable. Linens incl towels: excellent. The only detraction from an ideal stay was 2 floors above the bar/ party floor with audible band NOISE until o3:30 AM."

"The hotel lobby was beautiful, and the bar and food were great. Overall, the stay was enjoyable with the exception of the beds and pillows. The bed was extremely firm, and the pillows were very thin, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. I tossed and turned throughout the night and woke up with some back soreness. Unfortunately, the sleeping accommodations were not comfortable."

"Every thing was wonderful and clean. Front desk was very kind and hospitable. Lady in the souvenir shop was the total opposite. Not friendly and off putting."
