One queen bed which looked clean and a small sofa bed with torn arms and the carpets were so dirty. The advertised kitchen had no utensils or dishes and glassware."

"Room was big and nice. Bed was so so comfortable. Like sleeping on a cloud. Wish I didn’t have to leave early. We upgraded to a room with a jetted bathtub. And the tub did not blow any bubbles maintenance came up to try to fix it. He couldn’t fix it and the next morning when we went to leave we should’ve gotten a refund for $50 (the upgrade fee) and the guy at the desk tried to only give us back $25 when I told him this was wrong and told him what it should’ve been he had no problem giving me the other $25. But besides that everything was perfect."
