"it was a good stay overall. The only problem I was, I asked multiple times for a pillow & it took until almost midnight on my second night to receive one as it wasn't originally provided in the room causing me to make multiple trips to reception & phone calls. other than that, it was ok"

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Shortly after eating breakfast at the hotel, I developed severe vomiting and diarrhea and had to spend almost the entire day in the emergency department at the American Hospital of Paris receiving IV fluids and treatment. While I cannot say with certainty what caused it, the symptoms began immediately after the hotel breakfast, and it completely ruined part of our trip. What disappointed me...
