"We picked the hotel to stay near the airport as we were connecting through. This hotel is actually off property and a shuttle ride away. There’s actually another Clayton Hotel called the Clayton Dublin Airport Central which is walkable to the airport. This hotel is fine and served us well with two exceptions. 1. When we arrived we wanted to find out about the shuttle. We called the hotel multiple times and there was no answer. We ended up taking a cab. When we got to the hotel we told the person checking us in they aren’t answering the phones. He said they were too busy checking people in. This is not the staff’s fault it is the hotel’s fault. You must staff someone to answer the phone! You have people traveling in internationally and they need to speak with someone. 2. The shuttle runs every 20-25 minutes and it’s not clear there’s a schedule. You could end up waiting a long time. If they answered the phone we might have had a better idea. I would avoid the hassle of the shuttle and stay at their other property first the convenience."
