"After an overnight flight from Canada, the staff provided my family with an early check-in so that we could catch some needed sleep. Thanks to Hamza and the staff at the hotel. Courteous, caring and understanding. Room was clean and spacious. AC was ok but not as cold as expected."

"The hot water in the shower was very inconsistent and changed temperature every 5 seconds. The sky shower head did not work. We had to ask for towels every morning, because they took all without every replacing them. At every stay it’s happening, every single morning. And everything takes a very long time. "
