"The indoor pool and spa were the two reasons we chose this hotel for my wife’s birthday. We were notified the night before our stay that the pool was out of service for the weekend we were staying. That was ok because the spa was still something for my wife to look forward to. We called in advance for spa day passes and were told that we have buy them on site after checking in and wouldn’t be a problem . "This place is under renovation and hopefully these things will be addressed with the renovation, but the cleanliness in the pool area was an issue. On our stay, we found a clump of hair floating in the adult pool as well as a used bandaid at the edge of the pool (wet). The kids pool had some straw wrappers floating in it.
