"Kamarnya cukup luas untuk kami bertiga. Ac berfungsi sangat baik. Kamar mandinya cukup bersih, tapi minus buat semprotan kalau lagi pup. Staff hotel sangat membantu. Pas di depan hotel ada shuttle bus setiap 12 menit sekali untuk beberapa tujuan MTR station. Jadi tidak perlu jauh2 kalau mau jalan2. Hotel ini berhubungan langsung dengan mall. Jadi tidak susah untuk cari makan, apalagi berbelanja buat kaum wanita. Shopping till drop.!!! Secara keseluruhan hotel ini sangat memuaskan."

"Staffs were all very helpful especially the bell service and taxi coordinator. They were always in the entrance waiting to help people move luggage’s or strollers. The property decor was beautiful, the lobby smells so fresh. Love the whole Disney Victorian theme, perfect place to stay when visiting Disney land. Breakfast buffet at enchanted garden was delicious, had a good variety of food and drinks. Mickey came over to take pictures with us during breakfast! I felt like I was on vacation as...

"Great location and perfect hotel for family with toddler. Walkable distance to MTR station, wet market, local food options, clean playground and kid’s playroom in same hotel building. Will definitely come back again! "

"love the location because it's near to the exhibition centre, 10 minutes walking. Our favorite restaurants : JoyHing Roast meat, Kam's Roast Goose, Kao De Zhu all within walking distance. The only setback is the hotel rooms are old-fashioned without the modern facilities. They only gave small carton drinks."

"Efficient staff. Doorman opened doors at entrance. Got upgraded to double rooms that are very spacious. Unable to adjust thermostat to higher temperature but got a heater to warm up the room. Great location to public transit, shopping and variety of food. Hotel also has nice restaurant. Highly recommend this hotel."
