"Staff was informed about a drunk guest in pool they refused to help. Once the guest became unconscious my daughter and wife had to physically pull the guest out of pool. Staff did nothing to remedy the situation."

"Very clean, safe property. Staff was always courteous and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Plenty of day beds and lounge chairs around the pool. We splurged on a cabana and poolside food service on one of our days there which was worth the money although it would have worked better for us if cabanas could be rented for half day use. Traveled with teens and young adults and chose connecting rooms which gave us plenty of space for our 4 day stay."

"We only used the family pool as children are not allowed in the club pool, staff were friendly, amenities were clean and pool area was lovely. Parking was easy around the outside of the hotel. Rooms were also clean, we had a great family weekend away."
