"Right next to harbour in Bristol and walkable to all sightseeing , eateries, etc. Hotel staff very personable, efficient and professional. Hotel facilities very good, except no heated towel rail or radiator in bathroom so chilly! Other than wardrobe, no coat hanging. Very few clothes hangers."

"This hotel is absolutely superb. Room enormous, bed comfortable, well appointed, beautiful decking area and view out of the patio doors across the lake. Staff all very professional and friendly, breakfast pretty good, afternoon tea pretty good. I'd have liked a bit more choice at breakfast as a vegetarian: boiled eggs and marmite, some more vegetables? All a bit greasy. Also more cereal options? Afternoon tea would be better with home made scones! Spa excellent, pool area wonderful, treatments...
