They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"This was our first time staying away from Times Square and it was the best decision. It’s so quiet. The hotel is beautiful and very art deco. Our room was nice but the only complaint we had was how small the restroom was and our toilet wouldn’t stop making a flushing noise.
