"The property was sufficient for our needs. It was clean. One area of concern was that the sliding back door was difficult to close.I'm not sure it closed at all. It needs some updating with that. The area was safe. The beach was beautiful and the pool with the hot tub area was great for the kids. Good location. Great breakfast spot nearby. Of course St Augustine nearby with lots to do in the town. "

"Rental was through Vtrips, who required you to e-sign a rental contract but otherwise very smooth process. The pick-up and dropoff for keys and security pass was easy and nearby the property. Loved everything that was made available in the condo from blocks for our small child, kitchen and laundry needs. Space was clean and spacious. Near the beach but about 15 minute drive from the main part of St. Augustine (historic section with shops and restaurants)."
