"The staff were extremely rude. The sheets had a dried crusty area and a little blood, we asked for them to be changed, left for a while and they weren't....housekeeping said they did it, but it wasnt done, and we wound up changing the sheets ourselves. The front desk staff in particular were the worst customer service I've ever encountered at any hotel. Also they charge you to park in the hotel parking lot, not valet, not covered, just the regular lot. Would not return for free."

"Bus to Disney is $7 but plan to wait a bit, also you have to scan a code, download app, input all info, pay, open confirmation email, then show the driver to board. (Staff just told us to sit and wait, that was not all that was needed to board, which caused a delay for us and other guests.)
Room was clean but a bit run down. Bed foundation it sits on was old, worn and a bit cringey. Really small room, basically a bed and a bathroom felt a little claustrophobic.
