"The room was spacious and comfortable though the bathroom was a bit tight in space. Did not get my wake up call which was concerning. This is the second time I have stayed here and still highly recommend it for early flights out. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed but a shuttle was provided to a nearby restaurant. "

"Chambre, personnel, petit-déjeuner et emplacement parfaits !
Malheureusement pas pu profiter du bateau taxi de l'hôtel car aéroport d'arrivée = Trévise notamment.
Seuls bémols, le room service est limité et assez moyen, pas de réassort des bouteilles consommées dans le minibar."

"So happy we chose this hotel! Venice is a maze and it's easy to get lost so it was wonderful to be in a hotel that was easy to find, right off San Marco Square. Very clean, a helpful front desk, and an awesome free breakfast every day...highly recommend."

"The room was just beauriful. View of the small rio below gave a great experience of life on the water. Hotel staff were very welcoming and so helpful. Bar atmosphere and staff also made for a very pleasant evening."

"The room was in very good condition and felt 100% Venetian. The bed was comfortable, linens better than acceptable, bathroom amenities on par with a four-star, and very reasonable prices in the minibar. Our view from the Rialto view room was the reason we sat looking out the window while we settled in for bed, instead of actually sitting in the bed.
The only problem we encountered was the towel warmer. Since it was winter the air conditioning was disabled. The towel warmer would not turn off....

"The room was comfortable and well kept. Andy was the only staff member during our stay and did so much for us. He was very kind, helpful, and we truly appreciated his hospitality. The location is perfect if you are staying one night before an early flight the next day."
