"The staff truly made our trip better with guidance on local authentic restaurants, to suggestions of a daily private boat tour of Venice that runs daily directly from the hotel. The breakfast was delicious with a range of gluten free options and the room was clean and had a wonderful view of the canal-albeit slightly obscured by the construction and scaffolding of the building opposite."

"Our stay was perfect start to finish. From the check in experience to the included breakfast to the service everything was nothing short of a 7 star experience. Starting with the location - perfectly located to all close attractions, very easy to walk from Rialto bridge which has direct connectivity from the Airport/Train Station. We came from the airport and departed Venice from the train station - both commutes were very easy from this hotel. Staff was top notch, very professional and accomodating. The rooms were very clean, well insulated, and had all the facilities that you need. Also has elevators. Bed is comfortable, although the double bed is two single beds joined together (but we didn't mind that). If I am ever in Venice I will be back here!"

We had two patio doors that opened directly onto the Grand Canal, giving us a breathtaking view from sunrise to sunset. It felt like living inside a Venetian dream. Breakfast each morning was delicious and incredibly fresh, the perfect way to start our days of exploring. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and the people around the area were just as warm, making the whole experience feel even more special. We loved how close the hotel was to plenty of shops, landmarks, and charming streets to wander through. Everything we wanted to see felt just steps away. We truly can’t wait to go back. This hotel made our Venice trip unforgettable. "
