"They didn't have room service, wifi, & you can't control the room temp. It's very unclear about parking that ended up costing $65. There was no complimentary breakfast. I ate dinner at the restaurant in the lounge & found out after I paid that there was a discount that should have been applied but it wasn't. I also forgot my hair straightener in my room & now having difficulty tracking it down. For the cost of the room I feel all these inconveniences are unnecessary & very disappointing."
