"My hotel room smelled like an ashtray. The man at the front desk did not seem to care when I walked all the way back down and he was not very helpful. He told me “the best I can do is change you to another room, but I can’t guarantee that room will not also smell like cigarettes too.” Poor service and no proactive solutions or basic problem solving. He did not represent Peppermill Resort well. Sadly my asthma got really bad the first day because of this and I had to use my inhaler several times...

"At check in I was told only the king size bed was available when I needed the 2 queens instead. And the staff was very helpful and spoke with management and found me the type of room I needed. This was such a relief. I was in town for a family emergency and was extremely exhausted and emotionally and all of there help did not go unnoticed or unappreciated. I was confused about payments and they were still very patient and helpful. Thank you Andre for taking the time to help this distraught...

"Room was clean .Staffs were nice .Breakfast is only with good credits and got members only when you already ended the breakfast then they bill you and tell you.But the hotel says when booked that breakfast is included. All like a trap. casino is very small .overall -not for kids and families. 3/5"
