"A very good stay overall. The room was large, had a great view and was very comfortable. I didn't get a chance to use the pool but the gym is very good, has a decent number of equipment pieces and dumbbells up to 30 Kg, and, being on the 38th floor, amazing views. The breakfast buffet was consistent day to day but very comprehensive and solid quality. Access is also handy, with two metro lines and the RER close by, and a bus route to CDG."

"Reception staff super rude and unhelpful and said No basically no o anything. Asked for early checking and was not done then asked for card to goto pool with kids they wanted extra money for that. Didnt say toilets needed key card too. Like 20 -30 people were waiting in lobby and till 3pm werent given a room even 15 mins earlier when i asked.

The fairy / eiffel photo bench setup was very nice
Terrace by lobby was quite dated and not cleaned. Just a power wash and...

Great hotel, but a total nightmare with the deposit refund!
The Good:
The hotel itself was actually great. The rooms felt brand new, modern, and were spotlessly clean. The staff on-site were also very nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was perfect up until check-out.
The Bad (and the reason for this rating):
I left a deposit at check-in. It has now been 3 weeks since our stay, and the money has still not been refunded to my account.

"Our stay was good, particularly with children and easy access to transportation. Room was serviced daily. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was prepared well upon arrival.
Only feedback we have is, we ordered take out one night and we were hoping to sit and eat in the common area downstairs however we were advised all the seating in the lobby was for bar patrons and were asked to eat in our room which wasn't ideal for us."

"Stayed here with my daughter for a 3 day Paris trip. Great location! We went to Disneyland Paris and Gare Du Lyon station is literally next door from which we got the RER A train directly into Disneyland. Staff are super friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their face. Easy to check in and check out on the ipads in reception. Room was spotless and bigger than I thought it would be. My daughter loved that everything could be controlled through an ipad. Would be nice to have a little...
