"Amazing hotel ! Was in the midst of everything and the staff was extremely helpful and even upgraded our room! Would definitely book again"

"The breakfast options were nice, however lunch was overpriced and offers skimpy sandwiches (falafel and fish tacos were pitiful). The swimming pool was not open. Why are we paying exorbitant facility fees when the best amenity loved by many, is not available. The cost of the rooms are $289 and after fees $400! It's a beautiful hotel with very good customer service, however, there are better lunch options elsewhere. Fees should be reduced when all the amenities are not available."

"We were able to check in a little early, which was great. Our room was a clean and spacious double queen and we were delighted to find the bathroom had two sinks. There was also a small counter outside the bathroom with a sink and a Kuerig. The refrigerator was small with a glass door. We were in town for a Cubs game, so we weren't in our room much. Our beds and pillows were comfortable and we didn't hear any noise from the hall. We would stay there again."
