"Room smelled pretty bad. We were on the 16th floor and had to open the bathroom window to let it air out a little bit. We didn’t have any body wash in the shower and there was no extra roll of toilet paper that we could find in the room. I also saw at least one silverfish in the bathroom. The walls near the ice machine were peeling and looked like they were in need of repair. The staff were helpful and the room was clean overall, we just had these issues"

"The Lotte New York Palace is a beautiful hotel, and overall we really enjoyed the property. However, the beds were surprisingly squeaky and uncomfortable. Considering the price and caliber of the hotel, I expected a much higher-quality mattress and a more comfortable night’s sleep. Upgrading the mattresses would make a significant difference in the overall guest experience."

"The location worked wonders for our group. It was right by Times Square and near the theaters. Walkable to any restaurant or store and of course the subway entrances. The breakfast options were good as well at the hotel; eat in or grab and go. The showers in the rooms do need some upgrades. But overall, location, location, location trumps at a reasonable price."

The level of service I received from the bell staff was extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, well below the standard I have come to expect from Hyatt. "Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
