"Housekeeping services were wonderful and so responsive when we need more towels, etc. The pool side bar staff were so friendly and provided great service, too. The lobby staff were very friendly and helpful when getting taxi services to places."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a good experience. The service was fast, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities were nice.
There were a few issues during my stay. The shower gel dispenser in my shower was empty, although I understand it can be difficult for housekeeping to know when these need refilling. I also found that the shower water was cold when I tried to shower around 8:00 a.m.
Additionally, on the first night there was quite a bit of loud banging noise...
