"Overall a great experience with a few minor complaints. The junior suite was huge with lots of room but there was underutilized space in the bathroom. For example there was nowhere to hang the hand towel. No door between the toilet and the rest of the bathroom. The property is huge and requires a lot of walking to get around. It’s at least 1/2 a mile from our room to the main pool for example. The parking lots are not well paved at all and our lot had no lighting. The pools were very nice...

"We booked two night Friday to Saturday. We couldn’t arrive Friday so we called and talked to the front desk and then got transferred to a manager. Assured us we can just arrive on Saturday. When we arrived Saturday for a wedding about 4:00 the front desk person told us they had no rooms available. This front desk person was the same person we spoke to on Friday.
