"We loved the proximity to the Kona area. The manta experience was amazing. There was snorkeling, national parks, and state parks nearby that were beautiful. It was a great place to base camp. We went and did our exploring and then came back and relaxed in the pool, hot tub, and voyager 47."

"The staff was great, the security and the morning building maintenance guy are awesome. Took care of our car and maintenance guy keeped the place up looking great. I would definitely come back to this building if I return to the Kona side. What i didn't like were the bugs that are all over the place. Specially at night. Other than that. Our experience was awesome."

"The appliances were all in pretty poor condition. The fridge was so wet inside from some sorry of condensation issue that the produce drawer had 2 inches of water in it. The microwave door had to be slammed to close. The ceiling fans have a 1 hope max timer, in an apartment without air conditioning. The floor fan quite working in the middle of the night. "Place was great. Gotta search the closets, but there's snorkels and beach chairs and everything you'd want for a nice weekend. No AC. Missed that in the initial description, but if you open everything up while you're there it's pleasant. Both of the TVs were bad when we got there, but we texted the people and both were replaced before we left. Would recommend this property to anyone. Good location. Nice amenities. "

"Everything was great! Chaos and towels to use at the beach! Umbrella came in handy to use at 2step beach; and the cooler was a life saver! We bought ice packs to use, and left them in the cooler for the next guests! Couldn't have been more satisfied with the condo! (Other than maybe a pizza cutter for those buying cheap frozen pizzas for dinner)."

"We loved everything about this condo! It was super comfortable and right next to the beach! There were clear instructions and a nice binder of local attractions. It was nice having a separate space for our kids in the second bedroom. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. I will definitely try to book this again next time I travel to Kona!"

"Would never go back. This place had no A/C so it was way too hot inside even with the fans. If you park after 8pm it’s a block walk around the building just to get in due to door to the parking lot being locked up. Was never told about the construction going on upstairs that started at 8am. They were tearing up the flooring and it was so loud we couldn’t even talk to each other. Will say the view was great and it was close to everything.
